Yesterday, Chef Stephane Istel of Bar-Roque Grill showed us how to create the perfect cheese fondue from these French cheeses, and that included some wild recipe - cheese with buah keluak (see last pic). This combination was beyond my imagination, but turned out so good.

The versatility of these French cheese was also showcased through easy-to-make tapas, by combining it with garlic or candied walnuts, then serving it on thinly sliced baguette.
