Heaps of shredded braised pork carnitas, sautéed kimchi, the usual Mexican condiments and gooey cheese are loaded atop of a bed of seasoned shoestring fries. The zesty tang from the kimchi definitely brightens the dish flavour and makes it stands out. The Kimchi Carnitas Fries was voted as “Best Dish In Korea” by 10 Magazine and one of the “six must-try foods in Seoul” by The Fodor’s Travel Guide.
