The limelight of our dinner was this Crispy Pork Belly!!! Each layer delivered their own characteristic — crackling skin, tender meat, melt-in-your-mouth fats! Have it with the sweet apricot ginger sauce to cut down on the greasy-ness and you'll be good to have multiple servings of it!
The Chinese New Year Revelry is available from 10 Jan - 11 Feb 2017 at $45/pax for lunch and $55/pax (Sun-Thur) and $62/pax (Fri & Sat) for dinner and slightly pricier on 27, 28 and 29 Jan.
