A little throwback to the day before Singapore entered Phase 2 Heightened Alert where Art’s Four-Course Executive Lunch ($58/ per person) was (one of) my last hurrah.

Roasted maitake, baby artichoke aioli, sweet paprika, and occelli in grappa; the Grifola in Primavera was a crowd-pleasing combination. Delivering a satisfying, meaty texture, the roasted fungi tasted sweet and earthy which went surprisingly well with the slightly smoky aioli. The grated cheese adding to the richness as well.
