Hainan Fried Hokkien Mee 海南炒福建面 is located at B1 of golden mile food centre, definitely one of the stalls with the longest queue😂 it’s one of my top Hokkien mee in Singapore, don’t underestimate this unassuming mix of bee hoon and yellow noodles, to achieve the ideal wok-hei aroma and wet-dry texture takes skills💪 I personally still prefer the nam sing Hokkien mee at old airport road as it has more ingredients and I prefer their wet flavourful texture, this is on the drier sticky side type🤔 but the wok aroma doesn’t lose out in both☺️👍
