I like my Lor Mee to serve with Beehoon and Yellow noodle so that I can appraise both of them. The Yellow Noodles was slurpy and Beehoon was flavourful as it absorbs the taste of thick starchy gravy made with eggs, cornstarch and spices. The Lor Mee was enriched with crispy crackers, fried fish cakes, hard-boiled eggs and pork belly slices. Best to add more Chilli, Vinegar and Garlic to suit your taste. Really Yummy!
