Named Hearth & Heat, the weekend grill showcases a variety of premium meats and dishes roasted over an Argentinian Grill using two types of firewood (Hickory & Mesquite).

Expect perfectly charred wood-fired meats and dishes such as Argentinian Ribeye, Hickory Pulled Pork, Honey Lemon Chicken as well as Cinnamon and Vanilla Roasted Pineapple. My favourite got to be the Hickory Pulled Pork. Served together with fried bun and tangy apple slaw, it's one of the best pulled pork I have had! More of that in another post.
