Their lobster laksa was sold out 😱 nooooo! Luckily I got a waiting list in my mind and immediately ordered this Klang Bak Kut Teh. I wasn’t happy to hand my chicken curry over to hubby for this but I got a pleasant surprise. With the fabulous taste of the curry still on my tongue, I was amazed this pork broth could be so robust and flavorful. No foul pork taste. Within a few gulps, I forgot the fantastic curry I was swooning over just mins ago. The ribs were tender and almost sweet. The black sauce with chili went well with everything. I put it on e pork, on the rice, on the bean curd skin. The sting of the chili padi black sauce brought out wonderful flavors. A very pleasing dish. I don’t think I can eat Bak Kut Teh from other places again.
