Char siew was crazily glazed but dry, siewyoke was also slightly hard. Took a few more pieces and bam there it was, the fatty tender char siew caramelised with sticky finger-lickin' good glaze. Loved the fried rice too!! Soy sauce kampong chicken was a little TOO boney, had to pick out little shards of bones in every mouthful, but very tender. #burpple
