Still as yummy as ever, with the loose fluffy basmati rice infused with a decent blend of spices, fragrant with savoury grainy sweet spice flavour.

The bouncy hard boiled egg lends eggy sweet notes, while creamy raita with chunks of crunchy cucumber and carrot in the thick yoghurt helps alleviate with milky sweet vegetal flavour.

Served with a side of chicken curry gravy, bold with savoury spicy notes. Don't really need it as the rice is sufficiently tasty on its own.
