Given the vulgar name of this dish, and the chef's recommendation, we thought this was a must-try and we ordered it. The Fat Bastard is a mismash of many things and you can expect beef and pork as the meat ingredients for this dish. It is topped with guacamole, cilantro onion, pico de gallo, and there is salsa and the stall's signature hot sauce added. The serving size was really generous and you can expect to get pretty full from this dish, even though it is priced only at $23++! That being said, it is a mix of many tastes and no flavour really stands out.
