Nian Gao Waffle($8) was superb. Crisp outer with a fluffy inner that carries a neat spread of slight sticky chewy nian gao within that was not overly sweet. Kinda caramel toasty. Not really a fan of nian gao but the way they make it, it deserve an applause.
Thoughtful of them to cut the nian gao into smaller pieces and then spread around the waffle so that whoever eats it will not have a unpleasant experience of having a chunky sticky nian gao sticking all over your mouth. You know, that feeling, damn 厚穢.

Had the Yuzu Citrus ice cream with Tropical Mango overscoop paired with the waffle. Yuzu citrus was sharp, tangy and zesty sweet. 柚子佑子，吃了保佑。Tropical mango had a texture like sorbet, was icy, fruity and delightful. Such elegant golden yellow, eat already confirm will have good wealth this year.
