Bucatini with braised oxtail, parmesan and truffle. This dish is consistently a winner - super delicious!

Capellini with Sakura ebi, lobster oil and konbu (kelp). This is the one dish that I always remember Iggy's for from the days at Regent Hotel. It was amazing then and still is. The right combination of flavours makes it umami.
