Finally trying this place. Queues for quite a bit but nothing too long. Tried the tonkotsu broth and it was really delicious. This flavour was black pepper with garlic. I loved the flavour of this soup, however, it got a bit too bitter at the end with an overwhelming garlic taste. But the first half of the bowl was really good. The flavoured egg was so amazing! The best I’ve ever tried. It’s not just your normal ramen flavoured egg, rather, it has a slight charred flavour that added a great taste to it. Would always add it from now on! Can’t wait to try other sobas.
