Chateraise did not use food coloring so the ice cream was really this green! 😙 The creamy and sweet matcha ice cream is encased in a layer of Gyokuro green tea ice. Gyokuro has a beautiful name that translates to "jewel dew" and the taste was light and elegant like its name.
