I'm heading to Japan now, the land of awesome fishes and seafood. A throwback to a fish burger I had at Market Grill last month, where I had this swordfish fillet that was grilled and topped with a sauce mixed with herb mayo, mango salsa and house spices. And I thought the use of the zesty sauces really help to kill some of the fishyness of the swordfish.
