Tender & Fatty is the Beef Cheek, so as the carrots, mushrooms & pearl onion. Well one can't simply skim off bacon.
Mashed potato could add a touch more Butter & the Red Wine sauce isn't Rich & Robust enough for me. 🍷

ACAMASTIPS💮: To me, it's how the Chef make do with the Cheaper, Tougher cuts of the meat & making it Shine that really Impresses me. Not by taking the "Rolls Royce" cut & elevate it even further, no point. 🍴
Therefore things like the innards, cheaper cuts always have a Special place in my Heart. I suggest you give it a try too. 🖖🏻
