I'm not a huge fan of green tea desserts, but I'm a Chin Chin Labs believer and they didn't disappoint with this.

The interior walls of the cone are smeared with homemade marshmallow, an ethereally soft, fluffy thing that cushions a voluptuous scoop of nitrogen-frozen green tea ice cream – this is not 100% silky, but only because it's studded with bits of bittersweet chocolate.
