A dish seen ordered by almost all the tables, their signature Golden Fried Chicken ($10) was pretty on-point. The crisp batter wasn’t thick at all and the seasoning was done perfectly - evenly coated and not too saltish. Fried to a lovely golden brown, the chicken chunks weren’t dry either and it didn’t taste greasy or cloying. Though a tad pricey for the portion, the classic dish was well worth the try.
