Looking a lot like dessert but is actually a cold tapas, the Roasted Pumpkin Pudding with Smoked Eel and Foie Gras is one of several new additions to the menu at FOC on Hongkong Street.
The subtly sweet, soft pumpkin pudding was an unusual but very pleasant base for the savoury eel and creamy foie gras. Bursting with sweet juice, the raspberries did much more than add colour.
