Multi-layered Slavic Honey cake, also known as the cake which defies gravity. The layers of the cake are meant to be airy, while being held together by lathering honey-cream frosting and then covered in a honey-flavoured crumbs. I like how although there was one consistent flavour in this cake - honey, there were different textures to it. The thin spongy layers gave a good bite to it, while the soft crumble gave that bit of a crunch. Very glad to have tried this!
