fact: coconut water is scientifically proven to keep your body hydrated. and proper hydration has actually been proven to help with weight loss. fact: ingesting caffeine jumpstarts the process of lipolysis, boosting metabolism slightly and helps burn fat.

fact also: this overnight coffee in coconut water is very nice. is smooth, not shocking rude, you get the sweet salty notes (in a good way) of the refreshing coconut water but still reminded that this is after all a coffee with the very mellowed acidity of coffee. drink direct from the flask or for more experiments, pour onto the coconut sphere by the side.
