Inspired by the local dessert, Bo Bo Cha Cha, La Levain came up with the Bobochacha Croissant that has an interesting filling of sweet potato and yam cubes with coconut mochi. I wasn’t a fan of the flavour combination here, but enjoyed the flakiness of the croissant. Eyeing to try their Hojicha Mochi Croissant in future.
