The crust was buttery and crunchy, and the tart was filled with a pistachio cremeux, hazelnut praline, and vanilla chantilly, topped with pistachio nuts. The pistachio cremeux was lightly nutty and silky, not a very intense pistachio flavour but itโ€™s okay bc itโ€™s less gelat / sweet plus atipico does it like that too and I like atipico a lot ๐Ÿ˜› I did wish the hazelnut praline was more prominent tho. Still a pleasant dessert, but not my first pick.
