They were super generous with the ingredients, giving us not one but TWO 🐟🐟!! sizable slabs of salmon and a good helping of corn, edamame, shibazuke (pickled cucumbers & eggplant), as well as a jiggly sous-vide egg 🍳 to top it off. The ingredients worked well together and it’s really our idea of a convenient but healthy & filling lunch hehe
