Interestingly served with a layer of jellied chilli crab, pomelo and shredded chilli crab meat atop creamy avocado mash, with a side of thin crispy crostini. Quite a flavour bomb and we enjoyed this very refreshing starter.

This was part of the Taste of Qin set menu ($128++ for 2 pax, with 2 dishes from their “Booze Bites”, 1 starter, 2 mains and 1 dessert). $18 ala carte, but Burpple Beyond can be utilised with 15%/30% off ala carte bill.
