Usually i'd prefer the butter-crust egg tart over Portuguese ones, but this was really really really good!
The pastry. Let's talk about the pastry first: you know some place made theirs just like croissants and it doesn't have much taste? The Lord stow's made theirs savoury. So it's buttery, flaky, and flavorful! Then the soft egg part. Silky soft and sweet. Perfect for the pastry.

You'll definitely love how each tart have a slight burnt part in the centre of both pastry and egg, that when you hit that part, you get a good mix of crispy, silky, salty, sweet, and aromatic piece in 1 bite.
