This carbonara was done the authentic way with the sauce made of eggs and cheese instead of cream. We were really looking forward to this because we are all suckers for truffle but this kinda disappointed us as the truffle aroma was really faint.

Mad for Garlic definitely impressed us! Would definitely recommend getting their Garlic Snowing and Tom Yam Pizzas and the Garlic Ragu Fettucine. The portions were VERY generous, with each pizza having 8 big slices, 5 girls shared 4 mains and found it just enough! 🤩🤩 Interestingly, we couldn’t taste much garlic in the dishes, apart from eating the whole cloves, or maybe we were expecting really garlicky dishes… but we enjoyed our meal! Mad for Garlic doesn’t take reservations, so do come earlier to queue as it can get quite crowded.
