Teppei Syokudo has collaborated with Man Man to bring you their unagi without the queue! Was so excited to try this cause I haven't had the time to head down to Man Man myself yet!

I will say, manange your expectations. It was a pleasant bowl, but didn't feel like there was much differentiating this from any other unagi I've had besides a slight bit more char. The tamago was also more firm than expected but I did love the bright flavours from the pickle with the unagi sauce. (Ikura not included 😛)
