Nitro Cold Brew is cool (literally), but as Starbucks introduced cold foam into their drinks, this Starbucks Reserve special is taken to a new level. Imagine the drink being capped with dark caramel infused cold foam, and that was able to actually mask away some of that controversial bitterness of coffee, but left behind some hidden sweetness within the beverage. Best consumed by sipping off the cup, just as what I would do with a regular Nitro.

Sadly, it would have been a lot more gratifying if they had not added that strike of microground coffee powder. You see, the coffee powder was never meant to be soluble, which implied that the ending few sips would be ruined by the unwelcoming “residual coffee”. Next time, no garnishing for me for this one.
