Exclusive to their Clarke Quay outlet, Craftsmen has up to 15 types of hand stretched pizzas on their menu, with choices ranging from the more familiar Hawaiian and Pepperoni to others like Wild Mushrooms with Sausages and Curry Chicken. The Smoked Salmon Pizza came topped with shaved parmesan and mesclun mix. There was a generous portion of smoked salmon and I liked that it wasn't too salty. The thin crust base was crispy all around, decent although I very much prefer mine with a slight chew!
