This was freshly baked(as in we ordered when it just came out of the oven). Maybe if you waited it wouldn't be as good.

The pastry was flaky in a pleasant way, it's still got integrity. Bottom was thin and had a mild hardness, overall it's pretty decent.

The filling tho, is full of fluffy and sweet chestnut that's full of flava.

Not perfect but it's a must try for chestnut lovers
