Big meaty fresh crabs cooked in a tangy, sweet and spicy sauce. Carnation milk added to get that creamy consistency. A little sourish aftertones from the tamarind. Bread by the side for soaking up the gravy. Unique combi but in a nice sort of way. 🔸🔸
