It probably sounds sacrilegious but I find the "liu sha" in this bun from Chef Hong H.K. Bakery (stall #01-79 in Old Airport Road Hawker Centre) tastier than the one in many salted egg croissants. π Of course I wish they would fill that glorious golden lava to the brim of the hollow rather than just halfway. One can never have too much "liu sha" if it tastes scrumptious.
