😄 Pleasant experience today in the new outlet of Ramen Hitoyoshi at Seletar Mall! (despite feeling unwell and overslept really sorry guys 😢)Tasting the wide range of menu served here, I'm actually having a hard time picking my favorite because everything is ultimately satisfying 😀 I definitely prefer all the donburis and sides over the ramen though 🤔
For an oyako don fan like me, the Dory Tamago Don ($11.90) is a unique tweak yet super delicious (and probably it's my favorite 😁). My second preference is the addictive huge crispy prawn with sweet mayonnaise ($6.90). They really know how to cook their pork. Also loving the Buta Shogayaki ($5.90) and Cha Shu Don ($9.90) because the meat and fat ratio makes the well-seasoned meat melts in your mouth 😍 Unagi Don($16.90) is quite nice with decent size and sweet glaze 😋 From Tonkotsu ($14.90) Black Garlic, and Spicy Ramen ($15.90), I prefer the first one because it has a nice rich flavorful broth that is not overpowering 😊 Free flow of sweet corn and beansprout provided!
