This Speculoos Cookie Cheesecake is an October special from @folksatrise , biscoff cheesecakes aren't super innovative or new but I was hella impressed with this cheesecake.

The cheesecake has a strong and rich caramelised taste throughout, and the biscoff flavour is strong too. The biscoff cookie on top was really soft unfortunately but all other aspects of the cheesecake were great!
