Unfortunately this was a far cry from expectation, with the ladyfinger sponge sandwiched between the mascarpone cream cheese layers bearing a dry texture that wasn't well soaked in the baileys and kahlua. That being said, the essential coffee flavour was a mild and barely detectable one, with the bulk of flavours deriving from the creamy, smooth mascarpone cheese mousse and the cocoa powder dusted atop. Served along with vanilla ice cream that was smooth, creamy but mediocre, I would personally recommend giving this dessert a miss and just head straight for the hazelnut creme brûlée instead.
