A nice starter to share (or hog to yourself) would be this Pork Tsukunne! It fulfills all the meaty, creamy, eggy (there's an onsen egg hidden under there!) requirements to a foolproof dish that'll satisfy me. Add in a couple spears of asparagus and I'm sold. Slightly pricy though but I hear they're planning for some possible adjustments so keep a lookout for news from them! 🙌
