I really like the thin and smooth skin of the tortellini and the well-marinated beef cheeks that blends in completely in terms of texture with the mushroom duxelle. Pea tendrils and cabernet reduction are served alongside this pasta main course that's light on my palate. These are like little dumplings of happiness. Recommended!
