Oysters are thinly battered & deep fry to crisp outside, tossed in various spices; oysters are fresh & soft with no fishy taste; oysters taste exactly the same as those oysters that my grandmother used to brought back from Taiwan; addictive yet not greasy; lightly seasoned & tossed with basil leaves; opted for more spicy which is chilli powder that served at the side, added in elevate taste but still not spicy for me; nonetheless a simple & well-executed dish good for sharing..
