Not my favorite color. But this pinky broth is uniquely pretty.

Beetroot and blueberries were infused in the pork based broth. One thought... is it going to taste berryful or beetrooty? Well, hmm.... I could actually savor the porkyness of the broth. A little sweetness from the beetroot and berries. The ramen super springy, quite nice to nibble on. Charsiew very thin slice but just as good. The crunchyness came from the black fungus. I did a whole lot of sprinkling of chilli powder just to add another dimension to a bowl of pinky umaminess.

Ok... I did like slurping this. It is special. I mean whoever thought of beetroot and blueberries (both antioxidants) in ramen broth. Duh... go try at least once. Tell me if you like it.
