Wanted to try Dirty Norwegian but croissant is out of stock; same dish but replace with brioche toast; soft & buttery bread lightly toasted to crisp outside; with a layer of smoked salmon slices, topped with 2 poached eggs, salted egg yolk sauce & sprinkled with oats; salted egg yolk taste wasn't significant & surprisingly not salty; poached eggs were slightly overcooked as egg white were fully cooked; was expecting it to be "more dirty" --> sprinkle with more oats as it complements the dish well; came with 2 small firm & tender sausages; with mesclun salad at the side; a simple dish with a twist..
