Interestingly on the menu, each soup base came with a recommended order of bubble tea. Hence, we had to get one and so we tried the Da Hong Pao Bubble Tea ($4.80/ Regular). Quite the standard cup, as the milk tea had a nice balance - not too milky and the tea flavour was distinct. At 30% sugar level, the sweetness was just right. The pearls were more chewy-tender.
