This abura soba was quite nice. I got the special all-in, so got a lot of liao. The onsen egg was great for mixing into the noodles, which was chewy and Q. The belly char siew was yummy. Good ratio of meat and fat, it was tender and melt-in-the-mouth. The soup provided was light and refreshing. I was told it was similar to the soup base of their chuka soba. Gyoza was not bad. Chewy skin. I like.
