This features a blend of sesame seed infused scotch whisky, pandan / screwpine leaf infused montenegro, and red vermouth, served over ice and garnished with a sesame seed rice cracker.

The drink carries bold nutty earthy floral bitter sweet boozy flavour, complimented by the smoky grainy savoury sweet notes of the rice cracker.

Excellent combination, though my only quibble is having to devour the entire cracker quickly lest it softens.
