The skin glistens in bright daylight. It was melty. Whilst savoring the skin, the thought of collagen came to mind and "boink boink" goes my skin. Lol! Rice had a delicate hint of fragrance. Vege was just a supporting side dish.... well.. because I must have my greens in every meal. 🔹🔹
Of course the chicken was the highlight. However the chilli had a superb explosive heat with a tinge of acidity. And I cannot do without the thick sweet black sauce.
