It’s a spin from the traditional middle eastern flatbread and has a spongier texture. They offer options to stuff it with beef, chicken, prawns or mushroom balls! We love the soft shell prawns version that came with a light batter for its natural umami to be retained. It went perfectly with house made kimchi mayo 😘 They also have breakfast pides which are stuffed with either authentic muar otah or avocados and eggs.
