Square Meal Salmon Bowl ($18)

Never thought I would fancy such healthy bowls but @graintraders does it right with healthy yet tasty food! For the lunch set, I got my choice of sous-vide and chargrilled salmon 🐟 as my protein because I never say no to sous-vide salmon 👍🏼! I just had to pick the jap rice option to go with my intended selection of the coconut curry! The curry sauce was extremely flavourful and overall went well with everything in my bowl!

Graintraders recently opened at 100AM and they are already packed with a long queue during lunch. Thankfully, they advocate #slowfoodrealfast so the wait is still tolerable! Great place to get some relief and take a breather from work during lunch break!!
