This bread was really similar to the coffee chocolate bread in the sense that they are braided and have a cookie topping, except this one is made entirely out of chocolate dough and has melted chocolate inside too.

Honestly I couldn't really taste the chocolate in the chocolate bread itself, but the rich melted chocolate hidden under the cookie crust was a lovely surprise 😋 I think the chocolate would have worked better if it was filled inside the bread itself instead of on top of the bread and under the crust because some bites were really bready while some were super chocolatey. Maybe it's just because of my messy ass way of eating the bread tho 🤔 the cookie crust, as usual, was buttery and had a slight nutty flavour which I loved. Seriously can Donq and all these cookie bun bakeries just start selling the cookies straight? Thanks 😛

Though there are ground up pistachios on top, I could barely taste them so I guess they're just for decoration. Overall a really great bread, bit on the pricier side but still amazing. I'd definitely choose this one over the coffee chocolate because of the added melted chocolate here.
