Subjecting to individual's preferences, I enjoyed the strong Chinese wine aroma and taste of the Drunken Chicken in Shaoxing Wine. If you are lucky like me, you might find the chicken jello sandwiched between the skin and the tender chicken meat. Shiok ah! 😗

Beancurd skin + crabstick + egg? They are food that I love eating but having them together as a steamed dim sum dish was my first time. The taste was expectedly and predictably nice. 😄
